If I could give a minus star for this product I would. We bought this product for my husband to go to Iraq with. We had owned a older backpack from High Sierra and never had and trouble with it. The new one on the first leg of his trip the zipper popped open and he lost a few items from the backpack, he was able to get the zipper back together but now we know it isn’t worth the money we paid for it. I contacted the company and all they had to say for it was that it was good we got the zipper back together. They didn’t say we will replace the item or anything I will never by another one and don’t recommened anyone to purchase from them.
