I bought this bag from Amazon.com instead of ebags because it was around $10 cheaper… I think that may have been a mistake because nobody on ebags has complained about the strap buckle not working well and the only other person who reviewed on here seems to be having the same issue as me. Lesson learned I guess. If I return this item it says I will have to wait 2-5 weeks to get another one and I wanted this for my vacation in July so I guess I’ll just have to make due with the one I have now. Really wishing I would have spent the extra $10 to get the one off of ebags. Besides that this bag is really great. Lots of places to put stuff, very sturdy and it fits well and is comfy. I have been looking for a nice bag that I can use for school, work and just everyday life. Even though it doesn’t seem like a hard task to find that sort of bag I’ve been looking for years. School bags don’t do very well for work usually and vice versa. This looks nice for both, plus it works well while riding my bike too. Great product overall, but next time I will spend the extra money I think.
